Same day excursion to Somnathpur and Chamundi hills. Somnathpur – The star shaped temple at Somnathpur is a splendid example of Hoysala architecture. It is embellished with a profusion of finely sculpted friezes and panels, Chamundi Hills - The ride uphill gives tentalsing glimpses of Mysore city and once atop, the breeze (be wise and venture up towards evening) sends chills down the spine.
